Passionate about sport since always, I practiced in competition tennis, football, mountain biking and running. I was also a kitesurfing instructor in Egypt and then a gym coach in Geneva. It is all these experiences that led me to become a personal trainer with the aim of offering a tailor-made program according to the needs, level and physical condition of my clients.

My trainings

State graduate from the University of Lyon in Sciences and Techniques of physical and sports activities, I also have a fitness instructor diploma and level 1 from CFSC.

In order to bring you the best of sports coaching in Geneva, I train continuously through practical and theoretical lessons on the best methods of bodybuilding, weight loss and mobility.
